Education: 1. BSc (Hons) Building Technology (QS option), (Kumasi) 1979 2. MSc Construction Management (Heriot-Watt) 1985 3. Post-graduate Diploma Arbitration, University College of Estate Management, 2001 Experience: 1. Involved with dispute resolution services since 2002 in Southern and West Africa regions of the continent of Africa. 2. Handled over one hundred dispute resolution cases (arbitration, adjudication, expert determination, dispute board member, mediation, etc.) with almost all of them concluded to the satisfaction of the parties without further need for litigation. 3. I am listed on many panels that act as nominating bodies for arbitrators and adjudicators in Nigeria and South Africa.
