Personal bio
Mr Daka is a senior Engineer with over 43 years extensive experience in mining,design,construction ,management and supervision of Civil/Infrastructure projects in Souther African region which includes Zambia ,Swaziland etc. He also has had extensive experience in dispute resolution space and has served as an Arbitrator as well as a Dispute Board member on FIDIC Contracts.
Mr Daka holds a Masters of Laws in Construction Law Arbitration and Adjudication from Robert Gordon University in Scotland and was a participant in the prestigious Willem C. vis International Commercial Moot held annually in Vienna. He also holds a Masters of Science Degree in Construction Management from Loughborough University in the UK. His first Degree is in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Zambia.
He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and also Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Zambia
Mr Daka is an active member of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Zambia which organization he had been privileged to have chaired in recent past.
