A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a CEDR Accredited Mediator, Dr Feehily practices as a commercial arbitrator and mediator in addition to his role as Associate Professor in Commercial Law at the University of Canterbury. An experienced commercial lawyer, he has worked with a large Irish corporate law firm and as in-house legal counsel with a global FinTech company. An award winning researcher, Dr Feehily has co-authored books on contract law, company law, and commercial law and the legal system. He is the author of ‘International Commercial Mediation: Law and Regulation in Comparative Context’ Cambridge University Press, Cambridge, United Kingdom (2022) (www.cambridge.org/9781108798914).
