An Expert Witness, with extensive experience in Project/Constriction Projects Management, O&G "Offshore and Onshore" / MEP Projects Advisor/Expert, and ADR Practitioner. Former O&G International Projects Manager. Started Work in 1993. Academics: B.Sc. Mech. Engineering (1990-1995), Some M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (1996-2000) from Alexandria University, Egypt, and a P.G. Dip. in Offshore Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology (AAST), Egypt, 2010. My Professional Experience on a time scale: 1993-1995: Sales and Marketing, 1995-1998: Industrial and O&G Maintenance, 1998-2018: O&G Construction/Project , 2018 till now Expert Witness/ADR Practitioner. I worked for: Faragello, Santa Fe Drilling (now Transocean), Agiba and Petrobel (Eni/Agip), NPCC , Petrofac FM (for Dubai Petroleum), NPCC, ABB Lummus Global, ADMA-OPCO (now ADNOC-Offshore), and Enerflex. I carried the hat of the Owner, the Contractor, and the Consultant. From fresh graduate Engineer up to International Projects Manager of International organization. Now I am Enjoying practicing the Expert witness role for all Federal/Local courts of the UAE and some Arbitration Centers, I had completed more than 340 Reports and managed to Mediate and reach a settlement of the dispute in 13 cases while I am conducting Expert Witness role Professional Memberships/Accreditation : MCIArb, CEng/CMarEng, FIMarEST, Prince-2P.
