Personal bio
Alonso has experience in both civil and common law systems, especially on alternative dispute resolution of construction, oil and gas, energy, and engineering matters. Currently, he is working on disputes where he gives advice to clients in complex procedures before institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, PCA or CAM, in addition to ad hoc procedures under the UNCITRAL Rules. He also has experience in drafting and arguing international supply and purchase contracts, as well as knowledge in sports law, domain name disputes and adjudication. Alonso has further assisted in requests for interim measures and claims to set aside an award.
