Personal bio
With over fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in Pakistan and UAE, I am a seasoned Contract Engineer specializing in Construction Contract Administration at all stages: Pre-Contract Award, Contract Award, and Post-Contract Award.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (2006) from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, Pakistan, and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (2009) from University of East London, United Kingdom, where I maintained commendable academic performance.
I have experience dealing with various FIDIC based Contracts, as well as ADB Harmonized Contracts. My expertise spans interpretation of FIDIC Conditions of Contracts (including FIDIC 1999, EPC/Turnkey Contracts, and MDB Harmonized FIDIC editions. On different Dams and Hydropower projects, I have been involved in Contract Administration and Management, handling Claims, Variation Orders, preparing position papers for Dispute Boards, attending Dispute Board hearings, drafting Tender Documents, evaluating tenders, preparing tender evaluation reports and finalizing Contract Documents.
