Resident in Hong Kong and available for arbitration work in Hong Kong and generally. Practised as a solicitor at Minter Ellison and Phillips Fox in Sydney and Rowe & Maw in London between 1989 and 1999, primarily in commercial litigation, insurance and professional indemnity disputes. Practised at the Bar in NSW from 1999, appointed Senior Counsel 2013. Practised in building and construction, insurance, property, defamation, employment and industrial disputes, equity and general commercial litigation. Practice included domestic arbitration concerning building and construction disputes. Currently completing the Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from CIArb. Registered as a Foreign Lawyer with the Singapore International Commercial Court.
