Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, 1979; Fellow Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, 1994. Appointed arbitrator (both as party- appointed and sole arbitrator) since 2000 in disputes related road and building construction, airline airline agency commissions, advertising, sports sponsorships, railway engineering contracts, mining contracts, defence contracts, electricity generation, gas pipeline engineering and construction, industrial gas supplies, petroleum well testing, oil prospecting licences, and crude oil processing and handling agreements. References have been conducted under ICC Arbitration Rules, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, International Rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Souther Africa (AFSA), Arbitration Rules under Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Lagos Court of Arbitration Rules and Rules of Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, Lagos.
