Personal bio
Bruce Bennett is a full-time domestic and international arbitrator and mediator with over 25 years of ADR experience focusing on complex commercial, employment, franchise, investment, and healthcare related disputes.
Having served on numerous panels as a chair, wing, appellate, and emergency arbitrator, Mr. Bennett has authored over 100 reasoned awards. He regularly serves on numerous panels for the Center for the International Institute of Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR), the American Arbitration Association (AAA-ICDR), and the American Health Law Association (AHLA). He is a guest lecturer on arbitration at the Emory University School of Law, serves as a mock arbitrator for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition, and volunteers his time at local collegiate mediation events. Mr. Bennett enjoys helping people resolve disputes and has an active mediation practice that covers a broad range of clients and subject matters.
Prior to ADR, Mr. Bennett was a litigation attorney after having been a senior executive in the finance and information technology divisions of two Fortune 500 companies.
