Joseph Dyke has been an Associate at McNair International since he was Called to the English Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2014. He became a Senior Associate in 2022, was admitted as an English solicitor in 2024 and became a Solicitor-Advocate in 2025. Joseph has assisted on a large number of international commercial arbitrations under the auspices of several leading arbitration institutions, including LCIA/ICC/SIAC, and ad hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL Rules, as well as with court proceedings related to challenges against and enforcement of arbitral awards. In addition, Joseph has assisted with a range of international investment treaty disputes and pure Public International Law matters, including both contentious and advisory proceedings before the International Court of Justice. Joseph also has experience of regulatory matters in several different jurisdictions, and has appeared successfully (unled) for parties before the QICDRC instructed through the QICDRC Pro Bono Service.
