Tom is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the CIArb, with post-graduate qualifications in Business Administration, Arbitration and Law including Public Procurement Law. He acts as Arbitrator in domestic disputes and is accredited by CIArb in Commercial Mediation and Adjudication.
