Dynamic and results-driven contracts & commercial manager with 23+ years of versatile experience, which includes 13 years in Qatar, 6 years in UAE and 3.5 years in Sri Lanka, in the field of pre and post contract administration with reputed international project and construction management (PM/CM) consultants, and Contracting Companies. I have excellent management, organizational, negotiation, and motivational skills and am well versed in a variety of disciplines for both Contractor and Consultant such as but not limited to Contract Administration under the different bespoke form of Contracts and FIDIC/NEC Conditions of Contract, Procurement Management, Tendering, Commercial and Technical Tender evaluations, Preparation Contract Documentation, Payment certification, Change Management, Variations, Claims Analysis & Management, Contractual issues, and dispute resolution, etc. I also have hands-on experience in on experience in developing and implementing contractual risk mitigation strategies, facilitating the development and execution of business and legal terms for all designated contracts.
