I'm a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years' experience within the Construction sector. I've commercially managed numerous projects for tier one main contractors, ranging from large PFI school frameworks, residential projects, retail, office accommodation and industrial projects. During my time as a lead commercial manager on some of these projects I've had to use various forms of ADR to resolve disputes with Clients and or subcontractors. This has varied from Negotiation, Mediation and several Adjudications. These disputes have mainly been relating to the settlement of variation accounts, final accounts and loss and expense claims. I'm currently employed as a Senior Commercial Manager at Lendlease Construction (Europe) Ltd and I work within the Special Projects and Legacy division.
