Tom is a quantity surveyor with experience in providing Quantum Expert Witness & Dispute Resolution services on matters in the UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and North America. He initially obtained his experience working for a national UK main contractor prior to moving into consultancy where he currently acts as a quantum expert witness and provides dispute resolution services. Tom has experience regularly providing commercial management strategies and advice and a number of dispute resolution methods including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation proceedings.
