Personal bio
My main sphere of activity is the review, evaluation, determination and settlement of construction claims in an amicable manner, without the need to resort to a dispute resolution process. I am also involved in the formulation of construction contracts, with the emphasis on well-defined documents, which are clear and concise and unambiguous. I have been involved in arbitration proceedings representing a claimant, which were settled prior to arbitration hearings. I am an advocate of resolving disputes, if need be, by alternative dispute resolution in the most economical and cost effective manner.
