Yong is a Contract Administrator who has been involved in a broad range of projects predominantly in the property and public sectors. Yong has gained considerable experience in dealing with a variety of the standard form of contracts in Qatar, UAE, Ireland and Malaysia. His experience includes such issues as contractual interpretation and procedural matters, delay and disruption, provision of arbitration support services/management, claims preparation and cost management.
