Personal bio
Elspeth was admitted as a solicitor in 1994 and has practised in family law since, and now specialises in children law. Her caseload consists of public and private law children disputes, and adoption and surrogacy applications. She is recognised as a Leading Individual by Legal 500 and was shortlisted for the Legal 500 Private Client Individual 2019. She is a Chambers and Partners Eminent Practitioner.
