Director with 50 years’ experience in the Transport, Energy, Utilities and Real Estate industries as Managing Director, Chartered Engineer, Project Manager/Director and Commercial Director, Marketing Director & Chairman. Joseph is currently the Non-Exec Chairman of Rail, BWB- a CAF Group Company. Previously he has had P&L responsibility for Real Estate, Civil & infrastructure businesses with turnover in excess of £85m pa and a Gross profits of up to £20M pa in major multi discipline organisations in the UK, Europe, Africa, Far East and the Middle East Region. He has an impressive track record of delivering growth and successfully executing projects as Board Director, Commercial Director and General Manager. Joseph’s discipline expertise includes project controls, commercial management, procurement, engineering, risk and claims management. He has completed appointments as Independent expert witness and advisor in Arbitration and Litigation hearings with experience of giving written and oral evidence in disputes in the UK, Europe and Middle East such as the UN Claims Commission on the Gulf War. Joseph has extensive board experience and has advised International Institutions such as UN and World Bank as well as clients on Transport and Infrastructure projects. As commercial and technical expert, he has advised Governments in the EU, Middle East, North America and Far East.
