Corrinne McLeish is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 19 years’ experience in commercial management. She has worked for consultants and main contractors, carrying out procurement and tendering processes, assisting with drafting and finalising contract documents, and post-contract cost control and administration - completing interim assessments for payment and settling final accounts. Her knowledge extends across several sectors including housebuilding, civil engineering and rail. Corrinne has assisted the lead expert on more than 20 quantum-related appointments involving disruption and prolongation, defects and remedial works and assessing compensation events for NEC3 contracts as part of adjudication and mediation proceedings. She has also supported in a long term advisory capacity for a major NHS hospital, and provided assistance with various claim settlements achieved on behalf of the client.
