Personal bio
I obtained my BEng in 1998 and subsequently obtained MSc in civil engineering and then LLM in ADR. I am a professional engineer with a chartered membership of both IStructE and HKIE. I am also an accredited member of both CIArb and HKMAAL. Being an engineer, project manager and project director in construction industry for 25 years, I had involved in various type of civil and building projects and participating in different roles representing government, developers, engineering consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, etc. Hence, I had quite a many opportunities to get involve in assessing, resolving or mitigating a number of contractual disputes during the course of my career life.
