Personal bio
Luke joined Mourant's Cayman Islands office in 2019, where he is a senior associate in the litigation & dispute resolution team. He advises on a wide range of commercial disputes, including those relating to funds, insolvency processes, banking & financial services, private equity and instances of fraud/director misconduct. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), with a particular interest in arbitration.
