Shuchita is a dual qualified lawyer with fourteen years of litigation and ADR experience working in common law jurisdictions. Presently based in Canada, Shuchita has worked with numerous multinational clients based in Canada, India and South-East Asia, helping them navigate through the ADR process (Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiations) on disputes relating to contractual rights (shareholder/JV/ business agreements), oppression & mismanagement claims, and corporate insolvencies, to name a few. Shuchita's has notable experience within the Telecommunications and Construction sectors, but has worked with clients across diverse industry sectors.
