Over 50 years experience in international business transactions, including contract drafting and negotiation and with arbitration experience as counsel and/or co- counsel and/or legal advisor on behalf of Thai and other clients in numerous TAI, UNCITRAL and ICC arbitrations with particular emphasis on pleading drafting, conducting fact finding investigations and evidence evaluation.
