Personal bio
I have been involved in dispute avoidance and resolution for construction and commercial disputes. I am a certified Adjudicator by the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration ("KLRCA") under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 ("CIPAA"). I have been appointed as Adjudicator on numerous occasions. I have also been actively involved in adjudication and arbitration proceedings.
