I am a Professional Engineer and Construction Lawyer with more than 27 years of experience in the construction industry. I've Manage medium and Mega Projects in UAE, KSA, Oman and Jordan, including High rise buildings, Grandstands, Airports, Malls, Hotels, Industrial Plants, and LPG Projects. I am a Member of the Court’s Judicial Committees assigned for resolving the litigation disputes in Construction Fields, and have resolved more than 150 construction disputes of different natures and values. I am a Practitioner of construction law, FIDIC Books, and construction industry best practices in the Gulf and Middle East. I've been Appointed as a sole Arbitrator by Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
