Zhi Jian Khong Bachelors of Laws (Honours) / Bachelors of Social Science

Predominantly practicing in general litigation for the past circa 11 years, Khong is empaneled as an adjudicator and mediator in the Asian International Arbitration Centre.

Believing that the dispute resolution world is progressing on a fast pace, Khong appreciates that to be properly involved in this eco-system and framework of dispute resolution, lawyers need to advance in ADR skill-sets, particularly mediation and arbitration. Khong has thus recently ventured aggressively into ADR, having completed a course on advance mediation skills with the Malaysian International Mediation Centre, and has also recently completed Module 3 for International Arbitration under CIArb, awaiting its results to apply for Fellowship.
