Leigh Duthie has more than 35 years' experience in the construction space and has acted on significant domestic and cross-border construction claims. This experience involves work in all major Australian Courts, including the High Court of Australia, as well as mediations, binding and non-binding expert determinations, mining warden enquiries, references to Special Referees, and domestic and international arbitrations.
