I am a patent, trademark, and copyright attorney and have been a computer programmer, a chemical process engineer, and a consulting engineer. I have handled matters in every sector of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), including agriculture, mining, construction, manufacturing, transportation, information, finance, real estate, professional services, waste management and remediation, education services, health care, arts and entertainment, and accommodation and food services. I am a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the American College of e-Neutrals, a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, a Member of the CPR Panel of Distinguished Neutrals, a Member/Panelist of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center, an American Arbitration Association Commercial Master Mediator, a Member of the ICDR Panel of International Mediators, and a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
