Personal bio
My practice focuses on construction projects and I have acted as an advocate in more than 50 construction arbitrations over the last 40 years. I was qualified as an arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association in 1987 and have served as an arbitrator on multiple matters. I received additional arbitrator training from the ICC and CIArb. I also received mediator training from the American Arbitration Association, with additional training at Harvard University Law School's Advance Mediator Training for Lawyers. In addition, I have received Dispute Resolution Board training from DRBF.
