Personal bio

I specialise in construction and infrastructure disputes. I have over 11 years of experience in construction dispute resolution and I possess a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland. I am currently studying for a PhD in law at the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I am an Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ODACC) Adjudicator and I am also a trained Negotiator (Programme on Negotiation, Harvard Law School) and an accredited Mediator (ICMC, Nigeria). In 2016, I authored the first and only Nigerian book on Construction Law titled "Construction Law in Nigeria". The 2nd edition of my book was published in June, 2022.
