I am a confident and versatile director with extensive civil engineering knowledge, skills and construction sector experience, including expertise of leading bids, commercial/ financial management and operational management. I am acknowledged as a highly focused and committed senior director, who is able to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of seniority, with external organisations and internal personnel, to lead the execution of key projects and the successful delivery of strategic goals.
Since 2010 I have worked solely in the ground engineering sector, with a focus on the delivery of driven piled, displacement piled solutions. This has provided a speciality knowledge of geotechnical aspects, ground conditions, suitability of specialist plant in these areas and so forth. During this time, and with this knowledge, have managed to esily navigate any disputes in relation to design, or methodology approaches in the application of this type of work, and thus this experience has paid off in the avoidance of any issues like this arising at the early stages of the projects.
I am called upon within the sector, privately for assistance and advice where "other" projects have "gone wrong" due to the relationships that have been built given my approach in this sector.
I am extremely resourceful, with a proven track record of business enhancement and I show a detailed understanding of developing and delivering £multi-million projects to bring business-centred and profitable results.
