I’m a quantity surveyor with over 20 years post MCIOB qualification experience, preceded by several years in other non-advisory roles within the construction industry. I provide efficient and detailed cost analysis services to clients in the engineering and construction industries. I have undertaken assignments in relation to adjudication, arbitration, and litigation matters, in London and across the UK, I’m primarily focused on complex disputes (often involving loss and expense analysis) with claim values ranging from as little as £1,000 to over a £billion. I have undertaken assignments in a variety of sectors, in both the commercial and public arenas. I’m a leading exponent of the use of Business Intelligence tools within the industry. I’m also a passionate advocate for the adoption of new technology to reveal better and more profitable ways of working.
