Over 25 years' experience as a lawyer. 13-year experience in oil and gas and petrochemical industry. Such inexperience includes major projects, joint venture agreements, and complex engineering and construction projects and revamp projects. Expert in contract, commercial disputes, and corporate matters. Assuming the role of company secretary for several companies makes me knowledgeable of board of directors’ matters.
