Brazilian attorney at law specialized in international and business law, with a specific focus on the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution methods. Holds a Law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a Master in Business Economics from the Center of Legal and Economic Sciences of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Afterward, obtained an LL.M. in International Private Law and International Commerce from the University of Paris 1 (Sorbonne) and a Master in Global Business Law from the Paris Institute of Political Science (Science Po) and pursues a Ph.D. in International Dispute Resolution/Construction Law at the Federal Fluminense University (UFF). Vice-president of Dispute Boards at Brazillian Center of Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), Director for Latin America at the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), certified mediator of the ICFML, member of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law (IBDiC), author of numerous legal articles, co-author of the book “Manual de Dispute Board: Teoria, Prática e Provocações" (2021) and co-author of the book “Arbitration and Mediation in Intellectual Property, Sport and Entertainment” (2014).
