Arianna is a commercial dispute resolution legal expert based in Amman e Dubai who advises mainly in the sectors of: Infrastructure, Real Estate, PPP, Energy & Environment, Legal & Compliance stream of Project Financing. AREAS OF PRACTICE & EXPERTISE Arianna joined Almaazmi Advocates & Legal Consultancy, Dubai Office, office in 2018 qualifying into the Arbitration & Infrastructure teams. Due her vast experience in International Commercial Law and Cross Border operations, she advises also in the Corporate & Commercial and Banking & Compliance. She focuses her experience on sustainable infrastructure, particularly on sustainable PPP in the environmental and energy sectors, for developed and under development countries: in this sector, she acts as consultant for private companies and Governmental organizations. She also advises international energy contractors on large scale contractual disputes, with a particular focus on construction international arbitration. Arianna has broad experience of litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation under both English law and foreign law, acting for the Dubai market and international clients.
