Martyn has extensive Arbitration and Mediation experience throughout the Caribbean for the past 50 years on a comprehensive range of construction and development projects for both public and private clients. Martyn is a Director in charge of Project Management and Monitoring and is responsible for the delivery of key projects with 40 years Caribbean experience. He has practical expertise in Development Project Management of large, fast track mixed use developments. His specialty is the analysis and management of risk in construction projects in the Caribbean. He is highly skilled in strategic problem solving of complex projects. Extensive loss adjusting experience during Hurricane Ivan 2004 Cayman Islands, and Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017
