With my extensive background in contract management, administration, construction claims, dispute resolution, and forensic delay analysis. I have successfully completed the Training Program on "Comparative Commercial Arbitration, Theory, and Practice" (CCATP), equivalent to CIArb Module 1 on International Arbitration, leading to my membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators held at CRCICA from December 6 to 13, 2023. Throughout this program, I gained in-depth knowledge and practical experience in various areas, including ad-hoc arbitration laws such as Egypt's Arbitration Law No. 27 for the year 1994, the uncitral law for international commercial arbitration for 1985 and it's modification approved in 2006, the Arbitration Act 1996 (of England), and the law governing arbitration in France. And the roles of some institutional arbitration are the same as those of the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), the modification of uncitral roles for international arbitration published in 2010, the Arbitration and Mediation Rules in force as of January 1, 2021 / 2014 for the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the arbitration rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) effective October 1, 2020. And the New York International Convention on the Recognition of Foreign Arbitral Awards of 1958. And International Bar Association (IBA) guidelines. I have recently completed a Professional Diploma in Contract Management and Administration from the Faculty of Engineering at The American University, "ESS-AUC." Throughout this program, I gained in-depth knowledge and practical experience in various areas, including contract laws, FIDIC and standard forms of contracts, arbitration and dispute resolution, contract administration, and construction claims and delays. This comprehensive training has equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in the roles of arbitrator and forensic delay analyst. Furthermore, I hold a Master of Science in Road Safety Management from the Faculty of Engineering at Saint Joseph University in Biuret. During my studies, I conducted extensive research on fleet management in different transport companies, focusing on evaluating their quality in Egypt. This experience allowed me to develop strong analytical and research skills, which are vital in identifying and resolving complex issues related to delays and disputes. In addition to my academic achievements, I have gained valuable professional experience in the field. As a Planning Manager at DAR International for Engineering Consultancy, I successfully led a team of planning and risk professionals in executing project plans for the MASAR Makkah Project. I effectively utilized project management tools to track progress, analyze data, and generate reports for senior management. By implementing streamlined communication channels and mentoring junior team members, I enhanced collaboration and optimized project workflows.
