Following the completion of my professional legal training, I launched my career into the challenging and dynamic world of legal practice as a self-motivated professional with sound legal education, firm drive and commitment to resolving knotty legal issues. I am an experienced legal practitioner and a creative problem solver possessing excellent skills in Commercial Litigation with considerable experience advising clients in banking, construction and real estate, public interest litigation, corporate commercial law, white and blue collar crime. I am particularly passionate about Business law especially as it impacts development of trade, commerce and investments in Africa. I am also keen on proffering and executing enterprise-wide performance transformation initiatives for both local and globally integrated companies. I have worked with existing companies and start-ups, building human, organizational and financial capacity as well as engineering unique company structures through the proficient use of share structures, corporate governance codes, tailored organogram amongst others, and provision of legal advisory services. Having honed my legal skills at the firm of Tayo Oyetibo LP where I launched my legal career and practised for several years, building a solid and robust background in legal practice, I joined the partnership of Awosika Adeleke Ojo to continually provide excellent legal services in resolving simple and knotty legal issues. With a solid and robust track record, I am a people manager with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, a great team player with excellent articulation, coordination skills and analytical aptitude constantly striving to develop business frontiers in Africa as well as positively contributing to the legal profession and expanding its benefits to human existence. I currently practice with the firm of Princeps Legal in Lagos Nigeria.
