Personal bio
Steven White's practice covers all areas of commercial litigation, international arbitration, insolvency and restructuring and trust disputes. Steven has extensive experience of litigating, arbitrating and mediating complex disputes in the fields of financial services, professional negligence, company law, trusts, fraud, asset recovery, and contentious insolvency. He is Deputy Chair of the Bermuda Human Rights Tribunal and a committee member of CIArb Bermuda. In his practice as a litigation partner at Walkers, Steven regularly appears before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, and has taken cases to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. He also has extensive domestic and international arbitration experience.
Steven accepts appointments as an arbitrator, mediator, and as an expert witness on Bermuda law.
