I am the Head of Private Client and Trusts at Collas Crill LLP a leading offshore law firm (with offices in BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Jersey and London), and am based in Guernsey, Channel Islands.
I am among the leading lawyers at the Guernsey Bar with a particular expertise in contentious financial services matters.
I joined Collas Crill in 2003. In 2006, I qualified as a Guernsey Advocate, and became a partner of the firm in 2007.
Prior to joining Collas Crill, I was an associate within the disputes team at White & Case (London) representing parties to international arbitrations concerning projects and contracts in far-flung places such as Lesotho, Kuwait, and Peru; before that I trained and qualified in the construction law team at Masons (now Pinsent Masons).
