Personal bio
I am a dual-qualified lawyer (Turkey / UK) with 10 years' experience with corporate law and governance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial disputes and international arbitration. I am a Partner with Özgür Ünüvar Bakiler Attorney Partnership since May 2021. I have an LL.B. Degree from Bilkent University's Faculty of Law in Turkey (2009) and an LL.M. Degree on International Commercial Law with Commendation from University of Aberdeen's School of Law in the United Kingdom (2012).
