Dr. Emad is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and CEDR & SIMI Accredited Mediator. Dr. Emad has been appointed as chairman, sole arbitrator and co-arbitrator in various commercial disputes in both ad-hoc and institutional arbitration. Dr.Emad delivers the fellowship three modules under the capacity of CIArb Approved Faculty List ( AFL). Dr.Emad conducts mediation training.
