The Firm was subsequently re-christened as CNS Juris during 2014, which currently advises numerous National and Transnational Companies in five major areas of Law. Current Work Profile: Taking forward the Vision & Growth of the Firm. Heading the Court Litigation Department which has handled about 600+ cases till date, in areas of Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Civil and Criminal (White collar) Laws before the High Courts and National Tribunals at Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Pune (District Court). Jointly heading the Property and Land Conveyance Department which handles Due Diligence, Acquisition, Joint Ventures, Re-development of Land under SRA, etc. Founder & Proprietor, Chherawala & Associates, Pune [01st November, 2005 till 31st August, 2014] Founded the Firm & set the bar for Quality, Ethical Values and Growth.
