I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator with over 40 years experience in civil engineering, nuclear, infrastructure, water, marine, process and mechanical & electrical capital projects under traditional and partnering arrangements for public and private sector clients. This has involved all aspects of commercial, dispute & framework management throughout the project cycle.
