Personal bio
I have been in legal practice in Australia since 1975 initially as a solicitor and later as a barrister, mediator and arbitrator. I practised in equity, business law and estate litigation but have wide experience in most areas of law. I practise now in alternative dispute resolution as an arbitrator, mediator, expert determiner and neutral evaluator. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Resolution Institute as well a s a member of the New South Wales Bar Association.
