Over twenty-two years of experience in the field of construction and construction supervision consultancy. Experience in both management operations and technical reviews , execution of structural & civil works, reviewing /approving the required operational documents, Checking the implementation of stringent Quality Control, monitoring project progress according to project time schedules, ensure that the framework is in place to monitor and report to the top management and the Client that the site staff and contractors are adhering to their respective safety plans in line with their obligation and the contract agreement/specification, Monitor the project cost, Ensure that communication and cooperation in the supervision organization function effectively through a serval projects including pharmaceutical & industrial plants, office & administration buildings, hotels, banks, residential compounds and resorts.
