Derek has worked successfully on a variety of projects over the last 25 years and combines analytical and negotiating skills with an in-depth knowledge of building economics, business & Strategic Planning, Dispute Resolution, Adjudication, Arbitration, Litigation. Derek has assessed and chaired panels (APC) for Corporate Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for many years.
