Pablo Fanelli is an Italian-Argentine professional civil engineer, graduated from the “Universidad Nacional del Sur” (UNS) of Bahía Blanda (Argentina) and then from the “Università La Sapienza” of Rome (Italy), licensed by the “Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Roma” (Italy).
Later he obtained a Master of International Business Administration (iMBA) from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) in Athens (Greece). He also attended the Construction Law Summer School at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge (UK), accredited by KNect365 Learning.
Pablo is a Fellow in International Arbitration of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) and member of the Dispute Board Commission del CEIA (Club Español e Iberoamericano del Arbitraje).
Moreover, he has extensive international and cross-cultural professional experience, primarily in complex civil infrastructure and building projects across eight different countries in Europe and Latin America. He began his carrier in structural design and calculation before transitioning to roles as production manager and, later, to project manager. In recent years, he has served as a contracts and claims manager -representing both the Contractor and the Principal- for major international construction companies, working within the framework of common and civil law.
Additionally, he has international experience in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), having participate in the preparation of various construction claims, attended two construction arbitration processes in Ireland (2006/2013) as party and fact witness, serve as a party representative in a "Panel de Expert"/Dispute Review Board in Chile (2011 /2013), and been part of the arbitration team in a pre-arbitration process in Canada (2019).
