Personal bio
I am a civil engineer with double masters in construction project management and construction law offering extensive experience in international arbitration. I am a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors certified expert witness and a practicing full member of the Academy of Experts and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
I am a testifying delay expert. I have been appointed to provide expert evidence on multiple arbitration and adjudication proceedings and assisted in a variety of high-profile engineering and construction disputes including attendance at multiple hearings. I have supported both delay and quantum experts in arbitration and adjudication proceedings for projects ranging from large scale power, oil and gas, airport and infrastructure projects to hospitality and residential projects (including high-rise and villa developments).
I specialise in delay and disruption analysis, project planning and scheduling, programme management, and project management.
