Vivian brings a diverse background with specialization as industries expert by working with top leaders, CEO in Global 500 and listed companies in Asia Pacific and International Markets. Her career has commenced with hotel management training in Switzerland, Canada and grew into the Regional Director role for the Global Sales team in Greater China region with annual turned over of USD10 million of portfolio with achievement of double-digit growth year over year with solid commercial involving of drafting/reviewing contracts, multi-parties negotiation, i.e. including third parties (intermediaries, agencies, or employer-contractor/subcontractors) She has completed of the Master of Business Administration studies with focus on: real estate development (commercial), global supply chain management and innovation and entrepreneurship to continuous contribution to the team's success, and excel in problem-solving and delivering high-quality results, served as the Vice Chair of Hospitality Committee with one of the top Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong Chapter from 2015-2017; and onwards, founded a company to utilize both the International exposure and language skills to emerge, create opportunities to beneath the younger generation in Hong Kong. Fluency in English, Mandarin, Shanghainese, Cantonese with business knowledge in French and German and Vivian completed Master in Laws of Arbitration and Dispute Resolutions with City University of Hong Kong and professionally equipped under the practice guidance of CIARB.
